At Tesani, our design thinking process is flexible and collaborative, structured around five key phases. We begin by building empathy, deeply understanding the people we\u2019re designing for through observation, interviews, and listening. From there, we move into the define phase, where we distill our insights into a clear and focused problem statement that guides the rest of the process.<\/p>\n

Next comes ideation. This is where creativity takes the lead. We generate a wide range of ideas, without judgment, to explore every possible avenue. Promising ideas then move into the prototyping phase, where we create low-fidelity models or mockups to bring concepts to life quickly and affordably. Finally, we test these prototypes with real users to gather feedback, refine solutions, and iterate rapidly. The process is non-linear, we often loop back, refine, and adapt as we learn more.
